باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر ما يستحب للإمام أن ينفل من خمسه أصحاب السرايا فضلا على حصصهم من الغنيمة-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the recommendation for the leader to give extra shares from the fifth to the leaders of detachments.
Hadith Number: 4832
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا محمد بن المنهال الضرير ، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع ، حدثنا برد بن سنان ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث بعثا وكنت فيهم فغنمنا، فاصابني من القسم ثنتا عشرة ناقة، ثم إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نفلنا بعد ذلك ناقة، ناقة" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an expedition. I also participated in it. We obtained spoils of war, and during the distribution, twelve she-camels came to my share. Then, after that, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) gave each of us one more she-camel.
