باب الفلس - ذكر خبر ثان يصرح بأن خطاب هذا الخبر ورد للبائع سلعته دون المودع إياها-
Chapter: Bankruptcy - Another report clarifying that the narration is about the seller, not the depositor
Hadith Number: 5038
اخبرنا احمد بن محمد بن الشرقي ، حدثنا محمد بن يحيى الذهلي ، حدثنا عبد الرزاق ، اخبرنا معمر ، عن ايوب ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، عن هشام بن يحيى ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " إذا افلس الرجل فوجد البائع سلعته بعينها، فهو احق بها دون الغرماء" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "When a person becomes bankrupt and the seller finds his goods with him in their original form, then he has more right to that goods than the other creditors."
