ذكر التغليظ على من لم يترك المخابرة التي ذكرناها بعد علمه بالنهي عنها-
Severe warning for not abandoning the prohibited sharecropping after knowing the prohibition
Hadith Number: 5200
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم المروزي ، قال: اخبرنا يحيى بن سليم ، عن ابن خثيم ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: " من لم يذر المخابرة فلياذن بحرب من الله ورسوله" ، هو إسحاق بن ابي إسرائيل.
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever does not give up Mukhabarah, he announces war against Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) The narrator's name is Ishaq bin Abu Isra'il.
