Book of Knowledge
ذكر وصف العلم الذي يتوقع دخول النار في القيامة لمن طلبه-
Description of knowledge that may lead to Hellfire for those who seek it.
Hadith Number: 79
اخبرنا احمد بن علي بن المثنى ، قال: حدثنا ابو خيثمة ، وهارون بن معروف ، قالا: حدثنا المقرئ قال: حدثنا سعيد بن ابي ايوب ، عن عطاء بن دينار ، عن حكيم بن شريك ، عن يحيى بن ميمون الحضرمي ، عن ربيعة الجرشي ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن عمر بن الخطاب ، انه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: " لا تجالسوا اهل القدر، ولا تفاتحوهم" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement from Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying:
"Do not sit with those belonging to the Qadariyyah sect, and do not address them first."
"Do not sit with those belonging to the Qadariyyah sect, and do not address them first."
