Whoever catches one rak'ah has caught the prayer
Hadith Number: 199
23- وبه: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”من ادرك الركعة من الصلاة فقد ادرك الصلاة.“.
And with the same chain of narration, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever catches one rak'ah of the prayer has caught the prayer."
تخریج الحدیث: «23- متفق عليه، الموطأ (رواية يحييٰ بن يحييٰ 10/1 ح 14، ك 1، ب 3، ح 15) التمهيد 63/7، الاستذكار: 13، و أخرجه البخاري (580) ومسلم (607) من حديث مالك به.»
