A menstruating woman does not perform Tawaf
Hadith Number: 331
387- وبه: انها قالت: قدمت مكة وانا حائض ولم اطف بالبيت ولا بين الصفا والمروة، فشكوت ذلك إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: ”افعلي ما يفعل الحاج، غير انك لا تطوفي بالبيت حتى تطهري.“
And with the same chain of narration, it is narrated from (Sayyida Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her) that when I came to Makkah, I was menstruating. I neither performed the Tawaf of the House of Allah nor the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. Then I complained about this to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, so he said: "Do what a pilgrim does, except that you should not perform the Tawaf of the House of Allah until you become pure."
تخریج الحدیث: «387- الموطأ (رواية يحييٰي بن يحييٰي 411/1، ح 953، ك 20 ب 74 ح 224 وزاد: ”ولا بين الصفا والمروة تحي تطهري“!!) التمهيد 261/19، الاستذكار: 893، و أخرجه البخاري (1650) من حديث مالك به.»
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:سنده صحيح
