Warning for those who let their garments hang below ankles
Hadith Number: 418
290- وبه: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”الذي يجر ثوبه خيلاء لا ينظر الله إليه يوم القيامة.
And with the same chain (it is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever drags his garment out of arrogance, Allah Almighty will not look at him (with mercy) on the Day of Resurrection."
تخریج الحدیث: «290- الموطأ (رواية يحييٰي بن يحييٰي 914/2 ح 1761، ك 48 ب 5 ح 9) التمهيد 117/17، الاستذكار: 1693، و أخرجه ابوالقاسم الجوهري فى مسند الموطأ (477/414) من طريق القعنبي عن مالك به و صححه ابن حبان (الاحسان: 5681/5652) من حديث عبداللٰه بن دينار به .»
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:سنده صحيح
