Virtue of the Mujahid (Fighter in Allah’s Path)
Hadith Number: 554
348- وبه: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”يضحك الله إلى رجلين يقتل احدهما الآخر كلاهما يدخل الجنة، يقاتل هذا فى سبيل الله فيقتل، ثم يتوب الله على القاتل فيقاتل فيستشهد.“
And with this chain (it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah laughs at two men (in a manner befitting His Majesty), one of whom kills the other, yet both enter Paradise. One fights in the way of Allah and is killed, then Allah grants the killer the ability to repent (accept Islam), then he fights and is martyred."
تخریج الحدیث: «348- الموطأ (رواية يحيیٰي بن يحيیٰي 460/2 ح 1015، ك 21 ب 14 ح 28) التمهيد 344/18، الاستذكار: 952 وأخرجه البخاري (2826) من حديث مالك، ومسلم (1890) من حديث ابي الزناد به ورواه النسائي (38/6، 39 ح 3168) من حديث عبدالرحمٰن بن القاسم به.»
قال الشيخ زبير على زئي:سنده صحيح
