باب قول الله تعالى: {أنفقوا من طيبات ما كسبتم} :
(12) Chapter. Allah’s Statement:“...Spend of the good things which you have (legally) earned...”(V.2:267)
Hadith Number: 2066
حدثني يحيى بن جعفر، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، عن معمر، عن همام، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إذا انفقت المراة من كسب زوجها عن غير امره، فله نصف اجره".
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "If a woman gives something (i.e. in charity) from her husband's earnings without his permission, she will get half his reward."

Hadith Number: 1425
حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا جرير، عن منصور، عن شقيق، عن مسروق، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها , قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا انفقت المراة من طعام بيتها غير مفسدة كان لها اجرها بما انفقت، ولزوجها اجره بما كسب، وللخازن مثل ذلك لا ينقص بعضهم اجر بعض شيئا".
Narrated `Aisha: Allah's Apostle said, "When a woman gives in charity some of the foodstuff (which she has in her house) without spoiling it, she will receive the reward for what she has spent, and her husband will receive the reward because of his earning, and the storekeeper will also have a reward similar to it. The reward of one will not decrease the reward of the others . "

Hadith Number: 1437
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، حدثنا جرير، عن الاعمش، عن ابي وائل، عن مسروق، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها , قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا تصدقت المراة من طعام زوجها غير مفسدة كان لها اجرها، ولزوجها بما كسب، وللخازن مثل ذلك".
Narrated `Aisha: Allah's Apostle said, "When a woman gives in charity from her husband's meals without wasting the property of her husband, she will get a reward for it, and her husband too will get a reward for what he earned and the storekeeper will have the reward likewise."

Hadith Number: 1440
حدثنا عمر بن حفص، حدثنا ابي، حدثنا الاعمش، عن شقيق، عن مسروق، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا اطعمت المراة من بيت زوجها غير مفسدة كان لها اجرها، وله مثله، وللخازن مثل ذلك له بما اكتسب، ولها بما انفقت".
Narrate Aisha: The Prophet said, "If a woman gives in charity from her husband's house .." The Prophet (p.b.u.h) also said, "If a lady gives meals (in charity) from her husband's house without spoiling her husband's property, she will get a reward and her husband will also get a reward likewise. The husband will get a reward because of his earnings and the woman because of her spending."

حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى، اخبرنا جرير، عن منصور، عن شقيق، عن مسروق، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم , قال:" إذا انفقت المراة من طعام بيتها غير مفسدة فلها اجرها، وللزوج بما اكتسب، وللخازن مثل ذلك".
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet said, "When a woman gives in charity from her house meals in Allah's Cause without spoiling her husband's property, she will get a reward for it, and her husband will also get the reward for his earnings and the storekeeper will get a reward likewise."

Hadith Number: 2065
حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا جرير، عن منصور، عن ابي وائل، عن مسروق، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها، قالت: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا انفقت المراة من طعام بيتها غير مفسدة، كان لها اجرها بما انفقت، ولزوجها بما كسب، وللخازن مثل ذلك، لا ينقص بعضهم اجر بعض شيئا".
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet said, "If a woman gives in charity from her house meals without wasting (i.e. being extravagant), she will get the reward for her giving, and her husband will also get the reward for his earning and the storekeeper will also get a similar reward. The acquisition of the reward of none of them will reduce the reward of the others."

Hadith Number: 5192
حدثنا محمد بن مقاتل، اخبرنا عبد الله، اخبرنا معمر، عن همام بن منبه، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لا تصوم المراة وبعلها شاهد إلا بإذنه".
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "A woman should not fast (optional fasts) except with her husband's permission if he is at home (staying with her).

Hadith Number: 5195
حدثنا ابو اليمان، اخبرنا شعيب، حدثنا ابو الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" لا يحل للمراة ان تصوم وزوجها شاهد إلا بإذنه، ولا تاذن في بيته إلا بإذنه، وما انفقت من نفقة عن غير امره فإنه يؤدى إليه شطره". ورواه ابو الزناد ايضا، عن موسى، عن ابيه، عن ابي هريرة في الصوم.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "It is not lawful for a lady to fast (Nawafil) without the permission of her husband when he is at home; and she should not allow anyone to enter his house except with his permission; and if she spends of his wealth (on charitable purposes) without being ordered by him, he will get half of the reward."

حدثنا يحيى، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، عن معمر، عن همام، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" إذا انفقت المراة من كسب زوجها عن غير امره فله نصف اجره".
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "If the wife gives of her husband's property (something in charity) without his permission, he will get half the reward."
