The Book of Conditions
باب الشروط فى المهر عند عقدة النكاح:
(6) Chapter. The terms and the conditions of Mahr at the time of the marriage contract.
Hadith Number: 2721
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، حدثنا الليث، قال: حدثني يزيد بن ابي حبيب، عن ابي الخير، عن عقبة بن عامر رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" احق الشروط ان توفوا به ما استحللتم به الفروج".
Narrated `Uqba bin Amir: Allah's Apostle said, "From among all the conditions which you have to fulfill, the conditions which make it legal for you to have sexual relations (i.e. the marriage contract) have the greatest right to be fulfilled."

Hadith Number: 5151
حدثنا ابو الوليد هشام بن عبد الملك، حدثنا ليث، عن يزيد بن ابي حبيب، عن ابي الخير، عن عقبة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" احق ما اوفيتم من الشروط ان توفوا به ما استحللتم به الفروج".
Narrated `Uqba: The Prophet said: "The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract).
