The Book of Menses (Menstrual Periods)
باب المرأة تحيض بعد الإفاضة:
(27) Chapter. If a woman gets her menses after Tawaf-al-Ifada.
Hadith Number: 329
حدثنا معلى بن اسد، قال: حدثنا وهيب، عن عبد الله بن طاوس، عن ابيه، عن ابن عباس، قال:" رخص للحائض ان تنفر إذا حاضت.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: A woman is allowed to leave (go back home) if she gets menses (after Tawaf-Al-Ifada).
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
Hadith Number: 1755
حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا سفيان، عن ابن طاوس، عن ابيه، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، قال:" امر الناس ان يكون آخر عهدهم بالبيت، إلا انه خفف عن الحائض".
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The people were ordered to perform the Tawaf of the Ka`ba (Tawaf-al-Wada`) as the lastly thing, before leaving (Mecca), except the menstruating women who were excused.
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
Hadith Number: 1760
حدثنا مسلم، حدثنا وهيب، حدثنا ابن طاوس، عن ابيه، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، قال:" رخص للحائض ان تنفر إذا افاضت.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: A menstruating woman was allowed to leave Mecca if she had done Tawaf-al-Ifada. Tawus (a subnarrator) said from his father.
