باب من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذ جاره:
(31) Chapter. Whosoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbour.
Hadith Number: 6018
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، حدثنا ابو الاحوص، عن ابي حصين، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذ جاره، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا او ليصمت".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet. (i.e. abstain from all kinds of evil and dirty talk).

Hadith Number: 5185
حدثنا إسحاق بن نصر، حدثنا حسين الجعفي، عن زائدة، عن ميسرة، عن ابي حازم، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذي جاره.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (trouble) his neighbor. And I advise you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so I urge you to take care of the women."

Hadith Number: 6135
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، اخبرنا مالك، عن سعيد بن ابي سعيد المقبري، عن ابي شريح الكعبي، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه جائزته يوم وليلة والضيافة ثلاثة ايام، فما بعد ذلك فهو صدقة، ولا يحل له ان يثوي عنده حتى يحرجه".
Narrated Abu Shuraih Al-Ka`bi: Allah's Apostle said, Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should serve his guest generously. The guest's reward is: To provide him with a superior type of food for a night and a day and a guest is to be entertained with food for three days, and whatever is offered beyond that, is regarded as something given in charity. And it is not lawful for a guest to stay with his host for such a long period so as to put him in a critical position." Narrated Malik: Similarly as above (156) adding, "Who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet." (i.e. abstain from dirty and evil talk, and should think before uttering).

Hadith Number: 6136
حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد، حدثنا ابن مهدي، حدثنا سفيان، عن ابي حصين، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذ جاره، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا او ليصمت".
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should not hurt his neighbor and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should serve his guest generously and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should talk what is good or keep quiet."

Hadith Number: 6138
حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد، حدثنا هشام، اخبرنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن ابي سلمة، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليصل رحمه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا او ليصمت".
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should serve his guest generously; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should unite the bond of kinship (i.e. keep good relation with his Kith and kin); and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should talk what is good or keep quit. "

Hadith Number: 6475
حدثني عبد العزيز بن عبد الله، حدثنا إبراهيم بن سعد، عن ابن شهاب، عن ابي سلمة، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فليقل خيرا او ليصمت، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يؤذ جاره، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فليكرم ضيفه".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (or insult) his neighbor; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should entertain his guest generously."

Hadith Number: 6476
حدثنا ابو الوليد، حدثنا ليث، حدثنا سعيد المقبري، عن ابي شريح الخزاعي، قال: سمع اذناي، ووعاه قلبي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" الضيافة ثلاثة ايام جائزته، قيل: ما جائزته، قال: يوم وليلة، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فليكرم ضيفه، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فليقل خيرا او ليسكت".
Narrated Abu Shuraih Al-Khuza`i: My ears heard and my heart grasped (the statement which) the Prophet said, "The period for keeping one's guest is three days (and don't forget) his reward." It was asked, "What is his reward?" He said, "In the first night and the day he should be given a high class quality of meals; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should entertain his guest generously; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good (sense) or keep quiet."
