باب الجمعة فى القرى والمدن:
(11) Chapter. To offer the Salat-ul-Jumuah [prayer and Khutba (religious talk)] in villages and towns.
Hadith Number: 893
حدثنا بشر بن محمد، قال: اخبرنا عبد الله، قال: اخبرنا يونس، عن الزهري، قال: اخبرنا سالم بن عبد الله، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: كلكم راع وزاد الليث، قال: يونس كتب رزيق بن حكيم إلى ابن شهاب، وانا معه يومئذ بوادي القرى هل ترى ان اجمع ورزيق عامل على ارض يعملها وفيها جماعة من السودان وغيرهم ورزيق يومئذ على ايلة، فكتب ابن شهاب وانا اسمع يامره ان يجمع يخبره، ان سالما حدثه، ان عبد الله بن عمر يقول: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول:" كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته، الإمام راع ومسئول عن رعيته، والرجل راع في اهله وهو مسئول عن رعيته، والمراة راعية في بيت زوجها ومسئولة عن رعيتها، والخادم راع في مال سيده ومسئول عن رعيته"، قال: وحسبت ان قد قال والرجل راع في مال ابيه ومسئول عن رعيته، وكلكم راع ومسئول عن رعيته.
Narrated Ibn `Umar: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "All of you are Guardians." Yunis said: Ruzaiq bin Hukaim wrote to Ibn Shihab while I was with him at Wadi-al-Qura saying, "Shall I lead the Jumua prayer?" Ruzaiq was working on the land (i.e. farming) and there was a group of Sudanese people and some others with him; Ruzaiq was then the Governor of Aila. Ibn Shihab wrote (to Ruzaiq) ordering him to lead the Jumua prayer and telling him that Salim told him that `Abdullah bin `Umar had said, "I heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'All of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care. The Imam (i.e. ruler) is the guardian of his subjects and is responsible for them and a man is the guardian of his family and is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for it. A servant is the guardian of his master's belongings and is responsible for them.' I thought that he also said, 'A man is the guardian of his father's property and is responsible for it. All of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and the things under your care."

Hadith Number: 2409
حدثنا ابو اليمان، اخبرنا شعيب، عن الزهري، قال: اخبرني سالم بن عبد الله، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما، انه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" كلكم راع ومسئول عن رعيته، فالإمام راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته، والرجل في اهله راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته، والمراة في بيت زوجها راعية وهي مسئولة عن رعيتها، والخادم في مال سيده راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته"، قال: فسمعت هؤلاء من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، واحسب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: والرجل في مال ابيه راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته، فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته.
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian, and responsible for what is in his custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of his family and is responsible for it; a lady is a guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for it, and a servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it." I heard that from Allah's Apostle and I think that the Prophet also said, "A man is a guardian of is father's property and is responsible for it, so all of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and things under your care."

Hadith Number: 2554
حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا يحيى، عن عبيد الله، قال: حدثني نافع، عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" كلكم راع فمسئول عن رعيته، فالامير الذي على الناس راع وهو مسئول عنهم، والرجل راع على اهل بيته وهو مسئول عنهم، والمراة راعية على بيت بعلها وولده وهي مسئولة عنهم، والعبد راع على مال سيده وهو مسئول عنه، الا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته".
Narrated `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges. The ruler who has authority over people, is a guardian and is responsible for them, a man is a guardian of his family and is responsible for them; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and children and is responsible for them; a slave ('Abu) is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it; so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your charges."

Hadith Number: 2558

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: That he heard Allah's Apostle saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charge; the ruler is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; the man is a guardian in his family and responsible for his charges; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and responsible for her charges; and the servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for his charge." I definitely heard the above from the Prophet and think that the Prophet also said, "A man is a guardian of his father's property and responsible for his charges; so everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges."

Hadith Number: 2751
حدثنا بشر بن محمد السختياني، اخبرنا عبد الله، اخبرنا يونس، عن الزهري، قال: اخبرني سالم، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:" كلكم راع ومسئول عن رعيته، والإمام راع ومسئول عن رعيته، والرجل راع في اهله ومسئول عن رعيته، والمراة في بيت زوجها راعية ومسئولة عن رعيتها، والخادم في مال سيده راع ومسئول عن رعيته، قال: وحسبت ان قد قال: والرجل راع في مال ابيه".
Narrated Ibn `Umar: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "All of you are guardians and responsible for your charges: the Ruler (i.e. Imam) is a guardian and responsible for his subjects; and a man is a guardian of his family and is responsible for his charges; and a lady is a guardian in the house of her husband and is responsible for her charge; and a servant is a guardian of the property of his master and is responsible for his charge." I think he also said, "And a man is a guardian of the property of his father."

Hadith Number: 5188
حدثنا ابو النعمان، حدثنا حماد بن زيد، عن ايوب، عن نافع، عن عبد الله، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:" كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول، فالإمام راع وهو مسئول، والرجل راع على اهله وهو مسئول، والمراة راعية على بيت زوجها وهي مسئولة، والعبد راع على مال سيده وهو مسئول، الا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول".
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: The Prophet said, "Everyone of you is a guardian and everyone of you is responsible (for his wards). A ruler is a guardian and is responsible(for his subjects); a man is a guardian of his family and responsible (for them); a wife is a guardian of her husband's house and she is responsible (for it), a slave is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible (for that). Beware! All of you are guardians and are responsible (for your wards).

Hadith Number: 5200
حدثنا عبدان، اخبرنا عبد الله، اخبرنا موسى بن عقبة، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته، والامير راع، والرجل راع على اهل بيته، والمراة راعية على بيت زوجها وولده، فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته".
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said, "All of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards. The ruler is a guardian and the man is a guardian of his family; the lady is a guardian and is responsible for her husband's house and his offspring; and so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards."

Hadith Number: 7138
حدثنا إسماعيل، حدثني مالك، عن عبد الله بن دينار، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" الا كلكم راع، وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته، فالإمام الذي على الناس راع، وهو مسئول عن رعيته، والرجل راع على اهل بيته، وهو مسئول عن رعيته، والمراة راعية على اهل بيت زوجها وولده، وهي مسئولة عنهم، وعبد الرجل راع على مال سيده، وهو مسئول عنه، الا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته".
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "Surely! Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges: The Imam (ruler) of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; a man is the guardian of his family (household) and is responsible for his subjects; a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it. Surely, everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges."
