The Book of Faith
باب بيان غلظ تحريم إسبال الإزار والمن بالعطية وتنفيق السلعة بالحلف وبيان الثلاثة الذين لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة ولا ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب اليم:
Chapter: Clarifying the emphatic prohibition of letting one's garment hang below the ankles (isbal), reminding others of one's gift and selling goods by means of a false oath; Mention of the three to whom Allah, Most High, will not speak on the day of resurrection, nor look at them, nor sanctify them, and theirs will be a painful torment

حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة ، ومحمد بن المثنى ، وابن بشار ، قالوا: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، عن شعبة ، عن علي بن مدرك ، عن ابي زرعة ، عن خرشة بن الحر ، عن ابي ذر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا ينظر إليهم، ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب اليم "، قال: فقراها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ثلاث مرارا، قال ابو ذر: خابوا، وخسروا، من هم يا رسول الله؟ قال: " المسبل، والمنان، والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الكاذب ".
It is narrated o the authority of Abu Dharr (RA) that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) (may ace he upon him) observed: Three are the (persons) with whom Allah would neither speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor would look at them nor would absolve the and there is a painful chastisement for them. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) repeated it three times. Abu Dharr (RA) remarked: They failed and they lost; who are these persons, Messenger of Allah? ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) Upon this he (the Holy) Prophet) observed: They are: the dragger of lower garment, the recounter of obligation the seller of goods by false oath. ________

وحدثني ابو بكر بن خلاد الباهلي ، حدثنا يحيى وهو القطان ، حدثنا سفيان ، حدثنا سليمان الاعمش ، عن سليمان بن مسهر ، عن خرشة بن الحر ، عن ابي ذر ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، المنان الذي لا يعطي شيئا إلا منه، والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الفاجر، والمسبل إزاره ".
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (RA) who narrates that the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) observed: Three are the persons with whom Allah would not speak on the Day of Resurrection: the bestower of gift who does not give anything but by laying obligation on him, the seller of goods who sells them by taking false oath and one who hangs low his lower garment.

وحدثنيه بشر بن خالد ، حدثنا محمد يعني ابن جعفر ، عن شعبة ، قال: سمعت سليمان ، بهذا الإسناد، وقال: " ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله، ولا ينظر إليهم، ولا يزكيهم، ولهم عذاب اليم ".
Bishr bin Khalid has narrated this hadith on the authority of Sulaiman with the same chain of transmitters with this addition: Allah shall neither speak nor look at nor absolve then, and there is a tormenting punishment for them.s
