باب لا يقتل قرشي صبرا بعد الفتح:
Chapter: No man if Quraish is to be captured then killed, after the conquest

حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة ، حدثنا علي بن مسهر ، ووكيع ، عن زكرياء ، عن الشعبي ، قال: اخبرني عبد الله بن مطيع ، عن ابيه ، قال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول يوم فتح مكة: " لا يقتل قرشي صبرا بعد هذا اليوم إلى يوم القيامة "،
It has been narrated on the authority of'Abdullah bin Muti' who heard from his father and said: I heard the Holy Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) say on the day of the Conquest of Makkah: No Quraishite will be killed hound hand and foot from this day until the Day of Judgment.

حدثنا ابن نمير ، حدثنا ابي ، حدثنا زكرياء بهذا الإسناد وزاد، قال: ولم يكن اسلم احد من عصاة قريش غير مطيع كان اسمه العاصي، فسماه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مطيعا.
The same tradition has been narrated on the authority of Zakriyya through the same chain of transmitters with the following addition: "No rebellious Quraishite with al-Asi as his name embraced Islam that day except Muti. His name-was al-Asi, but the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) changed his name to Muti.
