باب النهي عن الانتباذ في المزفت والدباء والحنتم والنقير وبيان انه منسوخ وانه اليوم حلال ما لم يصر مسكرا:
Chapter: The prohibition of making Nabidh in Al-Muzaffat, Ad-Dubba\' (Gourds), Al-Hantam and An-Naqir; This has been abrogated and now it is permitted, so long as it does not become intoxicating

حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد ، حدثنا ليث ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن انس بن مالك انه اخبره: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى عن الدباء والمزفت ان ينبذ فيه ".
Anas bin Malik (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the preparation of Nabidh in gourd or varnished jar.

وحدثني عمرو الناقد ، حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة ، عن الزهري ، عن انس بن مالك : ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى عن الدباء والمزفت ان ينتبذ فيه ".
The above hadith is narrated through a different chain with slight variation in wording.
