باب ما جاء في فضل الغدو والرواح في سبيل الله
Chapter: The Virtue of the Morning and Evening Passed in Jihad
Hadith Number: 1650
حدثنا عبيد بن اسباط بن محمد القرشي الكوفي، حدثنا ابي، عن هشام بن سعد، عن سعيد بن ابي هلال، عن ابن ابي ذباب، عن ابي هريرة، قال: مر رجل من اصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بشعب فيه عيينة من ماء عذبة، فاعجبته لطيبها، فقال: لو اعتزلت الناس فاقمت في هذا الشعب، ولن افعل حتى استاذن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فذكر ذلك لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: " لا تفعل، فإن مقام احدكم في سبيل الله افضل من صلاته في بيته سبعين عاما، الا تحبون ان يغفر الله لكم ويدخلكم الجنة؟ اغزوا في سبيل الله، من قاتل في سبيل الله فواق ناقة، وجبت له الجنة "، قال ابو عيسى: هذا حديث حسن.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that a man from among the Companions passed by a mountain pass in which there was a small spring of sweet water. Because of its pleasantness, he liked that place and the spring very much. He said (thought): "I wish I could separate myself from the people and reside in this mountain pass." But then he said, "I will never do so until I seek permission from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)." He mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: "Do not do so, for if any one of you stands in the path of Allah, it is better than praying in his house for seventy years. Do you not wish that Allah should forgive your sins and admit you to Paradise? Strive in the path of Allah. Whoever strives in the path of Allah for the duration between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise becomes obligatory for him." __REF_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is Hasan.

Hadith Number: 1649
حدثنا ابو سعيد الاشج، حدثنا ابو خالد الاحمر، عن ابن عجلان، عن ابي حازم، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والحجاج، عن الحكم، عن مقسم، عن ابن عباس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " غدوة في سبيل الله او روحة خير من الدنيا وما فيها "، قال ابو عيسى: هذا حديث حسن غريب، وابو حازم الذي روى عن سهل بن سعد هو ابو حازم الزاهد وهو مدني واسمه: سلمة بن دينار، وابو حازم هذا الذي روى عن ابي هريرة هو ابو حازم الاشجعي الكوفي واسمه: سلمان وهو مولى عزة الاشجعية.
Narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A morning or an evening spent in jihad is better than the world and whatever is in it." Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- The Abu Hazim who narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d is Abu Hazim Zahid, a resident of Madinah, and his name is Salamah bin Dinar. And this Abu Hazim who narrated from Abu Hurairah is Abu Hazim Ashja’i, a resident of Kufa, his name is Salman, and he is the freed slave of Izzah Ashja’iyyah.

قال الشيخ الألباني: صحيح، الإرواء (5 / 3 و 4)
Hadith Number: 1657
حدثنا احمد بن منيع، حدثنا روح بن عبادة، حدثنا ابن جريج، عن سليمان بن موسى، عن مالك بن يخامر، عن معاذ بن جبل، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من قاتل في سبيل الله من رجل مسلم فواق ناقة، وجبت له الجنة، ومن جرح جرحا في سبيل الله او نكب نكبة، فإنها تجيء يوم القيامة كاغزر ما كانت، لونها الزعفران، وريحها كالمسك "، هذا حديث صحيح.
It is narrated from Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among the Muslims strives in the way of Allah for the duration between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise becomes obligatory for him. And whoever is wounded or injured in the way of Allah, he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound much greater than it was in the world; its color will be saffron and its fragrance will be that of musk."
