Hisham bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) says: On the day of Uhud, complaints were made to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the wounds. He said: "Dig graves and make them spacious and good. Bury two or three men in one grave, and put the one who knows more Qur'an (closer) towards the Qiblah." Hisham bin Amir says: My father also passed away, so he was placed ahead of his two companions (i.e., closer to the Qiblah). Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih,
2- Sufyan Thawri and other people have narrated this hadith with the chain «أيوب عن حميد بن هلال عن هشام بن عامر» ,
3- In this chapter, hadiths have also come from Khabbab, Jabir, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them).
