Narrated from Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“The people of a house in which there are no dates are hungry.”1. Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan ghareeb; we know it only through this chain from Hisham bin ‘Urwah,
2- I asked Imam Bukhari about this hadith and he said: I do not know anyone who narrated it except Yahya bin Hassan,
3- In this chapter, there is also a narration from Salma, the wife of Abu Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with them both).
