Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I had previously forbidden you from (the vessels mentioned in the previous chapter's hadith), but in reality, vessels do not make anything lawful or unlawful. (Rather), every intoxicating substance is unlawful."
Imam Tirmidhi says:
This hadith is Hasan Sahih.

Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade (the use of) these vessels, so the Ansar complained to him and said: We do not have other vessels. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Then I do not forbid (you)."
Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih,
2- In this chapter, hadiths have also been narrated from Ibn Mas'ud, Abu Sa'id Khudri, Abu Hurairah, and Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them).
