The Book of Al-Hawalat
Chapter. Al-Hawala, (the transference of a dedt from one person to another. It is an agreement whereby a bebtor is released from a debt by another becoming responsible for it). Can Hawala be rejected by the creditors after accepting it?
Hadith Number: Q2287
And Hasan and Qatadah said that when a debt was being transferred to someone, if at that time he was solvent, then returning is not permissible; the transfer is complete. And Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that if partners and heirs divided in such a way that one took cash and another took a debt, then if someone's share was lost, now he cannot take anything from the other partner or heir.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Procrastination (delay) in paying debts by a wealthy man is injustice. So, if your debt is transferred from your debtor to a rich debtor, you should agree."
