Ensuring complete dress for prayer and its reason

-" إذا صلى احدكم فليلبس ثوبيه، فإن الله احق من تزين له".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man performs prayer, he should wear two garments, because Allah is more deserving that adornment be adopted for Him."
