The Book of Quarrels
Chapter. If somebody sells a thing for a weak-minded person and pays him the price.
Hadith Number: Q2414
And he was told to reform himself and to take care of himself, but despite that he wasted his wealth, so the ruler will prevent him from spending. Because the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade the wasting of wealth. And the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said to the person who used to be deceived in buying and selling, "When you buy or sell, say: 'There is to be no deception.'" The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) did not take his wealth into his own possession.
