How to fulfill an oath made for an inappropriate act?
Numbering by, Al-Albani: 2334, Fiqh-based: ,1283
-" من حلف في قطيعة رحم، او فيما لا يصلح، فبره ان لا يتم على ذلك".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath to sever ties of kinship or to do an inappropriate act, then (in the Shariah) fulfilling such an oath is that it should not be fulfilled."
