The consequence of a false oath is Hell
Numbering by, Al-Albani: 2332, Fiqh-based: ,1284
-" من حلف على يمين مصبورة كاذبا (متعمدا) فليتبوا بوجهه مقعده من النار".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever deliberately swears a false oath with great emphasis, let him prepare his abode in the Hellfire."
