- (إن جبريل كان يعارضني القرآن كل سنة مرة، وإنه عارضني العام مرتين، ولا اراه إلا حضر اجلي، وإنك اول اهل بيتي لحاقا بي، [فاتقي الله، واصبري؛ فإني نعم السلف انا لك]).
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates from Lady Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Jibreel (peace be upon him) used to review the Qur'an with me once every year, and this year he did it twice. It seems that the time of my death has come, and you (Fatimah) will be the first among my family to join me. Therefore, fear Allah and be patient. I will be the best forerunner for you."
