مقدمه
Introduction
باب الْبَلاَغِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَتَعْلِيمِ السُّنَنِ:
Chapter: Conveying from the Messenger and Teaching the Sunnah
Hadith Number: 579
اخبرنا اخبرنا عبيد بن يعيش، حدثنا يونس، عن صالح بن رستم المزني، عن الحسن، عن ابي موسى رضي الله عنه، انه قال حين قدم البصرة: "بعثني إليكم عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه اعلمكم كتاب ربكم، وسنتكم، وانظف طرقكم".
It is narrated from Hasan that when Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) came to Basra, he said: Sayyiduna Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) has sent me to you so that I may teach you the Book of your Lord and your Sunnah, and so that I may clear your path.

Hadith Number: 580
اخبرنا محمد بن حميد، حدثنا محمد بن المعلى، حدثنا زياد بن خيثمة، عن ابي داود، عن عبد الله بن سخبرة، عن سخبرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "من طلب العلم، كان كفارة لما مضى".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sakhbara (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever seeks knowledge, it is an expiation for whatever has passed."
