باب الْمَرْأَةِ تَطْهُرُ عِنْدَ الصَّلاَةِ أَوْ تَحِيضُ:
Chapter: Woman Becoming Pure at Prayer Time or Menstruating
Hadith Number: 915
حدثنا سعيد بن المغيرة، قال ابن المبارك: حدثنا عن يعقوب، عن ابي يوسف، عن سعيد بن جبير، قال: "إذا حاضت المراة في وقت الصلاة، فليس عليها القضاء"، قال ابو محمد: يعقوب هو ابن القعقاع قاضي مرو، وابو يوسف شيخ مكي.
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a woman gets her menses at the time of prayer, there is no making up (qada) required of her. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Yaqub: Ibn al-Qaqa’ is a judge, and Abu Yusuf: Shaykh Makki.

Hadith Number: 916
اخبرنا اخبرنا حجاج حدثنا حماد، عن حجاج، وقيس، عن عطاء، قال: "إذا طهرت قبل المغرب، صلت الظهر والعصر، وإذا طهرت قبل الفجر، صلت المغرب والعشاء"..
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a woman becomes pure before Maghrib, she will also pray Dhuhr and Asr, and if she becomes pure before Fajr, she will also pray Maghrib and Isha.

اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد، عن ابي بكر بن عياش، عن يزيد بن ابي زياد، عن مقسم، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، مثله..
The same is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).

Hadith Number: 919
اخبرنا محمد بن عيسى، حدثنا هشيم، حدثنا يونس، عن الحسن في الحائض "تصلي الصلاة التي طهرت في وقتها".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) that the woman will perform the prayer of the time in which she became pure.

Hadith Number: 920
اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، حدثنا ابن عيينة، عن ابن ابي نجيح، عن عطاء، وطاوس، ومجاهد، قالوا: "إذا طهرت الحائض قبل الفجر، صلت المغرب والعشاء، وإذا طهرت قبل غروب الشمس، صلت الظهر والعصر".
Ata, Tawus, and Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on them) said that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before the Fajr prayer, she should also perform Maghrib and Isha, and if she becomes pure before sunset, she should also perform Dhuhr and Asr.

Hadith Number: 921
اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، حدثنا سفيان، عن منصور، عن الحكم في الحائض "إذا رات الطهر آخر النهار، صلت الظهر والعصر، وإذا طهرت آخر الليل، صلت المغرب والعشاء"..
The Prophet gave the ruling regarding a menstruating woman that when she sees purity at the end of the day, she should perform both Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she attains purity at the end of the night, she should also perform Maghrib and Isha prayers.

اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، عن سفيان، عن ليث، عن طاوس، مثله..
It is also narrated from Imam Tawus, may Allah have mercy on him, in a similar manner as mentioned before.

Hadith Number: 923
اخبرنا ابو زيد سعيد بن الربيع، حدثنا شعبة، عن مغيرة، قال: كان إبراهيم، يقول: "إذا طهرت عند العصر، صلت الظهر والعصر".
It is narrated from Mughira that Imam Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say: If a woman becomes pure at the time of Asr, she should perform both Zuhr and Asr prayers.

Hadith Number: 924
اخبرنا ابو زيد، قال: قال شعبة: سالت حمادا، قال: "إذا طهرت في وقت صلاة صلت".
Shu’bah said: I asked Hammad (bin Abi Sulayman): When a woman becomes pure during the time of prayer, what should she do? He said: She should pray.
