باب في الْحُبْلَى إِذَا رَأَتِ الدَّمَ:
Chapter: Pregnant Woman Seeing Blood
Hadith Number: 966
اخبرنا إسماعيل بن ابان، حدثنا ابن إدريس، عن ليث، عن الشعبي في الحامل ترى الدم "إن كان الدم عبيطا، اغتسلت وصلت، وإن كانت ترية، توضات وصلت".
It is narrated from Laith (bin Abi Sulaim), Imam Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding a pregnant woman who experiences bleeding: If it is fresh blood, she should perform ghusl and pray; and if it is mixed with other fluids, she should perform wudu and pray.

اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد، حدثنا عباد هو ابن العوام، عن هشام، عن الحسن، قال: "إن كانت تراه كما كانت تراه قبل ذلك في اقرائها تركت الصلاة، وإن كان إنما هو في اليوم او اليومين، لم تدع الصلاة".
Imam Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a pregnant woman sees blood similar to what she used to see during her menstrual days, she should stop praying, and if such blood comes for only one or two days, she should not stop praying.

اخبرنا اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد هو ابن ابي شيبة، حدثنا خالد بن الحارث، وعبدة بن سليمان، عن سعيد، عن مطر، عن عطاء، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها في الحامل ترى الدم، قالت: "لا يمنعها ذلك من صلاة".
It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said regarding a pregnant woman who experiences bleeding: This blood does not prevent prayer (i.e., she should not abandon prayer).

اخبرنا اخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، حدثنا همام، عن مطر، عن عطاء، عن عائشة في الحامل ترى الدم، قالت: "تغتسل وتصلي"، قال يزيد:"لا تغتسل"، قال عبد الله: اقول بقول يزيد.
It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him), that Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported regarding a pregnant woman that when she sees blood, she should perform ghusl and offer prayer. Yazid said: No, she will not perform ghusl. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I also say the same as Yazid said.

Hadith Number: 971
اخبرنا محمد بن عيسى، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع، عن يونس، عن الحسن في الحامل ترى الدم، قال: "هي بمنزلة المستحاضة، غير انها لا تدع الصلاة".
It is narrated from Yunus bin Ubaid that Imam Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, said regarding a pregnant woman: If she experiences bleeding, she is under the ruling of mustahadah (a woman with irregular bleeding), and she will not abandon prayer.

Hadith Number: 972
اخبرنا محمد بن عيسى، حدثنا ابو عوانة، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم في الحامل ترى الدم، قال: "تغسل عنها الدم، وتتوضا، وتصلي".
It is narrated from Mughira (ibn Maqsim) that Imam Ibrahim Nakha'i, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding a pregnant woman who experiences bleeding, said: She should wash off the blood, perform ablution, and offer prayer.

اخبرنا محمد بن عيسى، حدثنا هشيم، حدثنا حجاج، عن عطاء، والحكم، قالا: "إذا رات الحامل الدم، توضات وصلت".
Hajjaj bin Arta’ah narrated from ‘Ata and Hakam, may Allah have mercy on them, that they said: When a pregnant woman sees blood, she should perform ablution and offer prayer.

اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، حدثنا سفيان، عن جامع هو ابن ابي راشد، عن عطاء في الحامل ترى الدم، قال: "توضا وتصلي".
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding a pregnant woman that if she sees blood, she should perform ablution and offer prayer.

اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، حدثنا سفيان، عن يونس، عن الحسن، قال: "هي بمنزلة المستحاضة".
Imam Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that she is like a mustahadah (a woman experiencing non-menstrual vaginal bleeding).
