باب في عَرَقِ الْجُنُبِ وَالْحَائِضِ:
Chapter: Sweat of One in Janabah and Menstruating Woman
Hadith Number: 1058
اخبرنا ابو نعيم، عن عبد الوهاب الثقفي، عن عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم، قال: سالت سعيد بن جبير عن الجنب يعرق في الثوب ثم يمسحه به، قال: "لا باس به".
Abdullah bin Uthman bin Khuthaym said: I asked Sa'id bin Jubayr, may Allah have mercy on him: If a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) sweats and wipes the sweat with a cloth, he said: There is no harm in it.

Hadith Number: 1059
حدثنا حجاج بن منهال، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم، عن سعيد بن جبير انه كان "لا يرى بعرق الجنب في الثوب باسا".
Abdullah bin Uthman said: Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on him, did not see any harm in the sweat of a junub (one in a state of major ritual impurity) getting onto clothes.

Hadith Number: 1060
اخبرنا حجاج، حدثنا حماد، عن عطاء بن السائب، عن الشعبي انه كان "لا يرى به باسا".
Imam Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) also did not consider there to be any harm in this.

Hadith Number: 1061
اخبرنا حجاج، حدثنا حماد، عن حميد، عن الحسن، قال: ما كل اصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كانوا يجدون ثوبين، فقال: "إذا اغتسلت الست تلبسه فذاك بذاك".
Imam Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said: None of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, possessed two garments or sheets. He said: When you wash it, will you not wear it? It is exactly like that.

Hadith Number: 1062
اخبرنا اخبرنا عمرو بن عون، حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن يحيى بن سعيد، عن القاسم بن محمد: ان عائشة رضي الله عنها سئلت عن الرجل يصيب المراة، ثم يلبس الثوب فيعرق فيه، "فلم تر به باسا".
It is narrated from Qasim bin Muhammad that Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was asked about a man who has intercourse with a woman, then puts on clothes, and in that he sweats; she did not see any harm in it.

Hadith Number: 1063
اخبرنا عمرو بن عون، حدثنا يحيى بن سليم، عن ابن جريج، عن عطاء، قال: "لا باس ان يعرق الجنب والحائض في الثوب يصلى فيه".
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: There is no harm in praying in a garment in which a person in a state of janabah or a menstruating woman has sweated.

Hadith Number: 1064
اخبرنا عمرو بن عون، اخبرنا ابو الاحوص، عن ابي حمزة، عن إبراهيم في الجنب يعرق في ثوبه، قال: "لا يضره، ولا ينضحه بالماء".
It is narrated from Imam Ibrahim al-Nakha'i, may Allah have mercy on him, regarding a person in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah), that if his sweat gets on his clothes, he said: There is no harm, and there is no need to sprinkle water on it.

Hadith Number: 1065
اخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، عن هشام، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم في الحائض إذا عرقت في ثيابها"فإنه يجزئها ان تنضحه بالماء".
It is narrated from Imam Ibrahim Nakha'i, may Allah have mercy on him: If a menstruating woman sweats in her clothes, then sprinkling water on it will be sufficient.

Hadith Number: 1066
اخبرنا اخبرنا عبد الله بن مسلمة، حدثنا مالك، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر كان "يعرق في الثوب وهو جنب، ثم يصلي فيه".
It is narrated from Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him): Sweat would come to Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) on his clothes, then he would perform prayer in the same clothes.

Hadith Number: 1067
اخبرنا اخبرنا يحيى بن يحيى، حدثنا هشيم، عن هشام هو ابن حسان، عن عكرمة، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، انه "لم يكن يرى باسا بعرق الحائض والجنب".
It is narrated from Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him): Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not consider there to be any harm in the sweat of a menstruating woman or a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub).
