باب النَّهْيِ عَنِ اسْتِنْشَادِ الضَّالَّةِ في الْمَسْجِدِ وَالشِّرَى وَالْبَيْعِ:
Chapter: Forbidding seeking lost items, buying, and selling in the mosque
Hadith Number: 1439
اخبرنا الحسن بن ابي زيد الكوفي، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد، اخبرني يزيد بن خصيفة، عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن ثوبان، عن ابي هريرة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إذا رايتم من يبيع، او يبتاع في المسجد، فقولوا: لا اربح الله تجارتك، وإذا رايتم من ينشد فيه الضالة، فقولوا: لا ادى الله عليك".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you see someone buying or selling in the mosque, say: May Allah not grant profit in your trade. And when you see someone searching for a lost item and announcing it in the mosque, say: May Allah not return your item to you."
