باب قَتْلِ الْحَيَّةِ وَالْعَقْرَبِ في الصَّلاَةِ:
Chapter: Killing a snake or scorpion in prayer
Hadith Number: 1543
اخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، انبانا هشام، عن يحيى، عن ضمضم، عن ابي هريرة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "امر بقتل الاسودين في الصلاة". قال يحيى: والاسودين: الحية والعقرب.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the killing of two black things during prayer. The narrator of the hadith, Yahya bin Sa'id, said: By «أسودان» is meant: the snake and the scorpion.
