باب في تَعْجِيلِ الإِفْطَارِ:
Chapter: On Hastening to Break the Fast
Hadith Number: 1737
اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، عن سفيان الثوري، عن ابي حازم، عن سهل بن سعد، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لا يزال الناس بخير ما عجلوا الفطر".
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“People will remain upon goodness as long as they hasten in breaking the fast.”

Hadith Number: 1738
حدثنا عثمان بن محمد، حدثنا عبدة، عن هشام بن عروة، عن ابيه، عن عاصم بن عمر، عن عمر، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إذا اقبل الليل وادبر النهار وغابت الشمس، فقد افطرت".
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the night comes from this side (i.e., the east) and the day departs from that side (i.e., the west), then your time for iftar (breaking the fast) has arrived."
