باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ صَوْمِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَطَوُّعاً إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا:
Chapter: Prohibition of Voluntary Fasting by a Woman Without Husband’s Permission
Hadith Number: 1757
اخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، اخبرنا شريك، عن الاعمش، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي سعيد الخدري، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم،، انه قال لامراة: "لا تصومي إلا بإذنه".
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to a woman: "Do not fast without your husband's permission."

Hadith Number: 1758
اخبرنا محمد بن احمد، حدثنا سفيان، عن ابي الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "لا تصوم المراة يوما تطوعا في غير رمضان، وزوجها شاهد إلا بإذنه".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not observe even a single voluntary fast, apart from Ramadan, in the presence of her husband without his permission."

Hadith Number: 1759
اخبرنا محمد بن يوسف، عن سفيان، عن ابي الزناد، عن موسى بن ابي عثمان، عن ابيه، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "لا تصوم المراة يوما وزوجها شاهد، إلا بإذنه". قال: في النذور تفي بها.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If the husband is present, a woman should not observe even a single voluntary fast without his permission." He said: "She should fulfill the fast of vow."
