باب في الاِدِّعَاءِ وَالإِنْكَارِ:
Chapter on claims and denials
Hadith Number: 3106
حدثنا سليمان بن حرب، عن حماد بن سلمة، عن ابي هاشم، عن إبراهيم، قال: "إذا شهد اثنان من الورثة بدين، فهو من جميع المال إذا كانوا عدولا"، وقال الشعبي: عليهما في باب في ميراث المرتد.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When two heirs who are truthful bear witness to a debt, the debt will be paid from the entire estate. Imam Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Only those two will pay the debt from their share.
