باب الْوَصِيَّةِ لِلْغَنِيِّ:
Chapter on bequeathing to the wealthy
Hadith Number: 3296
حدثنا حدثنا سليمان بن حرب، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن حميد، عن الحسن،"سئل عن رجل اوصى وله اخ موسر، ايوص له؟ قال: نعم، وإن كان رب عشرين الفا، ثم قال: وإن كان رب مائة الف، فإن غناه لا يمنعه الحق".
It is narrated from Humaid that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: Can a person make a bequest for his wealthy brother? He said: Yes, he can, even if that brother owns twenty thousand, then he said: or owns one hundred thousand, his wealth will not deprive him of this right.
