Confirmation of the option of rescinding a sale
Hadith Number: 545
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى بن المنذر القزاز البصري ابو سليمان ، حدثنا سعيد بن عامر الضبعي ، حدثنا شعبة ، وسعيد بن ابي عروبة، عن ايوب السختياني ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:"كل بيعين لا بيع بينهما، حتى يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار"، لم يروه عن شعبة، إلا سعيد بن عامر
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) reports: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The sale with the option (of cancellation) is not concluded between two buyers and sellers until they separate from each other."
