Explanation of eating back meat
Hadith Number: 645
وسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، يقول:"عليكم بلحم الظهر، فإنه من اطيبه"
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Eat the meat of the back, for it is excellent meat."
