Description of the time at night when supplications are accepted
Hadith Number: 960
حدثنا محمد بن كردان ابو إسحاق الجريري البصري ، حدثنا كثير بن شهاب القزويني ، حدثنا محمد بن سعيد بن سابق ، حدثنا عمرو بن ابي قيس ، عن مطرف بن طريف ، عن الاعمش ، عن ابي سفيان ، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:" إن في الليل ساعة لا يسال الله فيها عبد مسلم، إلا اعطاه إياه وذلك كل الليل"، لم يروه عن مطرف، إلا عمرو بن ابي قيس
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is a moment during the night in which, if any Muslim asks Allah for something, Allah grants it to him, and this (moment) occurs every night."
