Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Supplication is worship.”Then he recited this verse:“And your Lord said: Call upon Me, I will respond to you. Indeed, those who are too proud for My worship will enter Hell humiliated.”“Your Lord has said: Call upon Me, I will answer you. Those who are arrogant regarding My worship will enter Hell in disgrace.”
