Guarantee of Paradise for guarding the tongue and private parts
Hadith Number: 1024
حدثنا القاسم بن زكريا المطرز المقرئ ابو محمد البغدادي ، حدثنا الوليد بن شجاع بن الوليد ، حدثنا المغيرة بن سقلاب ، عن معقل بن عبيد الله ، عن عمرو بن دينار ، عن جابر بن عبد الله ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:"من ضمن لي ما بين لحيته ورجليه ضمنت له الجنة"، لم يروه عن عمرو، إلا معقل، تفرد به المغيرة بن سقلاب
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever guarantees for me what is between his jaws (his tongue) and what is between his legs (his private parts), I guarantee Paradise for him."
