Sayyiduna Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever usurps or encloses even a span of land, he will come on the Day of Resurrection carrying it (the land) up to seven earths beneath it."
