The Book of Prayer
(إِذَا قَرَأَ الإِمَامُ فَلْيَسْكُتِ المُقْتَدِي بَعْدَ قِرَاءَةِ سُورَةِ الفَاتِحَةِ)
(When the Imām recites, the follower should remain silent after reciting Sūrat al-Fātiḥah)
Hadith Number: 827
827 - وفي رواية له عن ابي هريرة، وقتادة:"وإذا قرا فانصتوا".
In a version by him from Abu Huraira and Qatada the words occur,“And when he recites listen silently.”
