The Book of Zakat
(عَذَابُ مَنْ يَسْأَلُ بِلَا حَاجَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ)
(Punishment of those who ask without need on the Day of Judgment)
Hadith Number: 1839
1839 - وعن عبد الله بن عمر قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -:"ما يزال الرجل يسال الناس حتى ياتي يوم القيامة ليس في وجهه مزعة لحم"، متفق عليه.
‘Abdallah b. ‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying,“When a man is always begging from people the result will be that he will come on the day of resurrection with no flesh on his face.”(Bukhari and Muslim.)
