The Book of Fasting
(لَا جَوَازَ لِلشَّابِّ الْمَخَاوَفِ مِنَ الْجِمَاعِ فِي الصِّيَامِ)
(No permission for kissing due to fear of intercourse during fasting)
Hadith Number: 2006
2006 - وعن ابي هريرة ان رجلا سال النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عن المباشرة للصائم فرخص، واتاه آخر فساله فنهاه، فإذا الذي رخص له شيخ، وإذا الذي نهاه شاب، رواه ابو داود.
Abu Huraira said that a man asked the Prophet whether one who was fasting might embrace his wife and he gave him permission, but when another came to him and asked him he forbade him. The one to whom he gave permission was an old man and the one whom he forbade was a youth. Abu Dawud transmitted it.
