The Book of Sales and Trade
(العُمْرِيَّةُ وَالمَعْمُولَةُ تَصِيرُ مِلْكًا لِلْوَرَثَةِ)
(Umra and Ma’mula become the property of the heirs)
Hadith Number: 3010
3010 - وعن جابر عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: إن العمرى ميراث لاهلها". رواه مسلم.
Jabir reported the Prophet as saying,“What is given in life-tenancy:is part of the inheritance of those who receive it.”Muslim transmitted it.
