The Book of Inheritance and Wills
(المُسْلِمُ وَالكَافِرُ لَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ)
(A Muslim and a non-Muslim do not inherit from each other)
Hadith Number: 3043
3043 - وعن اسامة بن زيد قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: لا يرث المسلم الكافر ولا الكافر المسلم . متفق عليه.
Usama b. Zaid reported God’s Messenger as saying,“A Muslim may not inherit from an infidel or an infidel from a Muslim.”(Bukhari and Muslim.)
