(التَّرْغِيبُ فِي إِعْطَاءِ الحِصَصِ لِلْحَصَصِينَ)
(Encouragement to give shares to entitled heirs)
Hadith Number: 3042
3042 - وعن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: الحقوا الفرائض باهلها فما بقي فهو لاولى رجل ذكر. متفق عليه.
Ibn ‘Abbas reported God’s Messenger as saying,“Give the shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains over goes to the nearest male heir.”(Bukhari and Muslim.)
