The Book of Manners
(السَّلَامُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ سَبَبُ بَرَكَةِ الْبَيْتِ)
(Greeting the household is a cause of blessings for the home)
Hadith Number: 4652
4652 - وعن انس - رضي الله عنه - ان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"يا بني! إذا دخلت على اهلك فسلم يكون بركة عليك وعلى اهل بيتك"رواه الترمذي.
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Son! When you go to your family, greet them with salam; (in this way) there will be blessings upon you and your household." Its chain is weak, narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
