كِتَاب الْأَدَبِ
The Book of Al-Adab (Good Manners)
بَابُ: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًا مِنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ وَلاَ تَجَسَّسُوا}:
(58) Chapter. The Statement of Allah:“O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite one another..." (V.49:12)
Hadith Number: 6066
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، اخبرنا مالك، عن ابي الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:" إياكم والظن فإن الظن اكذب الحديث، ولا تحسسوا ولا تجسسوا ولا تناجشوا ولا تحاسدوا ولا تباغضوا ولا تدابروا وكونوا عباد الله إخوانا".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the worst of false tales. and do not look for the others' faults, and do not do spying on one another, and do not practice Najsh, and do not be jealous of one another and do not hate one another, and do not desert (stop talking to) one another. And O, Allah's worshipers! Be brothers!"
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
